Constantinos Papachristou: A glance from afar. Some thoughts on Stefanos Daskalakis Painting.

On Wednesday 13th April at 19:30 Constantinos Papachristou, art historian – curator at Hajikiriakos-Ghikas Gallery, Benaki Museum, is invited to give a talk on Stefanos Daskalakis artistic practice. The talk under the title “A glance from afar. Some thoughts on Stefanos Daskalakis Painting” is related to the exhibition “The Sotiris Felios Collection. Stefanos Daskalakis: Painting 2013-2021” at 16 Fokionos Negri Athens, Greece 11257.

Constantinos Papachristou was born in April 1974 in Athens. He studied Archaeology and Art History at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Art History at the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales in Paris and Exhibition Organising at the School of The Louvre. Since 2003 he works at The Benaki Museum as the head curator of the Hajikiriakos-Ghikas Gallery.

He is a member of the Hellenic Art History Association.

Due to a limited capacity please arrive 30 minutes before the talk’s start time. Admission is first come first served.

All visitors upon entering the space are required to provide:
