My painting “Mediterranean” in the Sotiris Felios Collection is part of a series of works that began around 1990 and continues to this day. It consists of small and medium-sized paintings that are made over time, but not continuously. To me, it’s like opening a parenthesis each time and climbing inside, pondering the concept of time and the mystery borne of the presence of a woman by the sea.
